Your church already has leaders worth developing.
The Synergy Collective gives you a practical, proven pipeline to develop them, without adding another program to manage.
Who this is for
Built for the typical local church pastor.
If you already have more on your plate than you can accomplish, this was designed with you in mind. You should not have to build a leadership development system from scratch. This pipeline was built so you do not have to.
Any church size
Whether you have 40 people or 400, this pipeline scales to your context. There is no minimum size requirement.
No curriculum to build
The training is built, the teachers are provided, the structure is in place. Your job is to relationally invest in your people.
No dedicated staff needed
No dedicated staff pastor or program coordinator required. Built to work with the pastor you already are.
Learn from trusted voices
Session are taught live by experienced leaders who know the local church. No recruiting or scheduling required.
HOW IT WORKS
Two tracks. One goal. More leaders.
The pipeline runs two tracks simultaneously. Your leaders grow through practical training. You grow through a track built specifically for pastors who want to build a culture of multiplication.

Common questions
What pastors usually ask.
-
Three sessions per year for the pastor track, plus a brief monthly check-in with each of your participating leaders. It is designed to fit inside rhythms you likely already have, not add new ones.
-
Yes. The pipeline was built for the typical local church, which means it works whether you are bringing in three leaders or thirty. There is no minimum. If you have people worth developing, this gives you a way to do it.
-
No. Sessions are taught live via video by a rotating team of trusted Ohio leaders. Your role is to follow up with your people after each session, not to prepare or deliver content.
-
The pipeline is cyclical, which means there is no wrong entry point. New churches can join at the start of any session year. Our interest call will walk you through the timing that makes the most sense for your context.

Nothing. We’ve created this as a resource to you and your leaders.
